Every product is carefully inspected and assigned a condition category before being listed. This guide helps you understand the cosmetic condition, previous use and functionality you can expect from each item.

Clear Condition Categories

Products Carefully Inspected

New with Tags / Factory Sealed

Brand new, unused and factory sealed. The product has never been opened or used and includes its original tags, seals or packaging, where applicable.

New – Open Box

The product is new and unused, but the original packaging has been opened for inspection, photography or verification. The packaging may show minor handling or storage marks.

Like New

The product is in excellent condition with minimal or no visible signs of use. It has been carefully inspected and is fully functional. The original box or accessories may not always be included.

Very Good Condition

The product may show light cosmetic signs of use, such as small scratches or marks. It is clean, well maintained and fully functional.

Good Condition

The product shows normal signs of previous use, such as scratches, marks or light wear. These details are cosmetic and do not affect its proper functioning.

Used

The product has been previously owned and shows visible cosmetic wear. It has been tested and works correctly unless otherwise clearly stated in the individual product description.

Refurbished

The product has been inspected, cleaned and tested. Where necessary, it may have been repaired or fitted with replacement parts. It is fully functional, although some cosmetic signs of previous use may remain.

For Parts or Repair

The product is not fully functional, damaged, incomplete or intended for spare parts or repair. All known defects and missing components will be clearly described in the product listing.
